American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM)
AADMM is the national organization for professionals who handle clients’ day-to-day personal finances, offering education, mentoring, and certification.
The AADMM conference is typically held in November, some years in-person and others virtual.
Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers (APDO)
APDO is the UK’s main organizing association, offering educational courses, industry standards, and international networking for Faithful Organizers members.
The APDO conference is typically held in March or May.
Coach Approach Training Institute (CATI)
The Coach Approach Training Institute is an ICF-accredited training institution that offers live virtual courses and specialized credentials coaching skills into their practice.
CATI does not offer a conference, but the International Coaching Federation (ICF) offers online instruction and mentoring, along with online and in-person events.

National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO)
NAPO offers continuing education and online coursework through NAPO University. NAPO also offers credentialing through The Board of Certification for Professional Organizers® (BCPO®) to become a Certified Professional Organizer®.
The NAPO conference is typically held in April, alternating between in-person and virtual.
National Association of Senior & Specialty Move Managers® (NASMM)
NASMM is the professional association for specialists in downsizing and relocating, offering training and resources that help organizers expand into Move Management. NASMM offers extensive training and classes.
The NASMM conference is typically held in October.
The Photo Managers
The Photo Managers is a global community and training organization for professional photo organizers, offering courses, certification, and resources that help organizers expand into photo and memory management services.
The Photo Mangers typically offers an in-person conference in April and a virtual conference in May.
Professional Organizers in Canada (POC)
POC is the national association representing professional organizers across Canada, offering networking, training, referrals, and an online directory that help organizers build credibility, community, and business connections.
The POC conference is typically held in October and alternates between in-person and virtual.
Professional Organizers Collective (POC)
POC is a supportive peer network that offers educational workshops and interactive retreat sessions to help independent professional organizers develop their skills and grow their businesses.
POC hosts retreats typically in February and October.
